What is the language you use for communication?
For communicating with international customers, English is usually used. For communicating with domestic customers, Chinese is used.
What is needed for making a sample? How can I provide it to you?
You can send us relevant design materials, reference pictures, etc. by email. If it is a physical reference sample and related raw materials, etc., you can send them to us by express delivery.
What Gauge is your factory good at?
We are good at 1.5, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 16 gauges.

How to choose the color?
Yarn suppliers usually have some regular colors to choose from. If your quantity is relatively large, you can customize yarn by referring to the PANTON color card. There is also a normal color difference between the customized yarn color and the PANTON color card.
How long does it take to make a batch of sample clothes?
Sample making time varies depending on the style and quantity, but in general, a common style will only take about 2 working days if all the relevant design information and raw materials are available.
Have all the newly made samples been sent to customers?
We will make samples according to the quantity required by the customer. However, for each type of sample, one more piece will be made and kept in the factory to facilitate the customer to refer to the sample for mass production when placing an order.
Some factories don't charge for making samples, do you charge for making samples?
Making samples without charge is actually a pseudo-proposition, we all understand that the cost of sweater samples is very high, if the customer only do samples without ordering, no factory can afford for a long time, the factory may make samples for the old customers do not charge, but the later will be the cost of this cost is calculated in the relevant big goods, in fact, are charged.
It is too troublesome to pay the sample-making fee every time a sample is made. How can we deal with this?
At present, some of our customers deposit a certain amount of money in the factory specifically for sample development. You can also deposit some development fees in the factory according to your actual situation.
How do you charge for sample making? Will it be refunded in the future?
Our factory quotes according to the customer’s actual sample making needs, and only charges the relevant actual cost, this cost is no longer passed on to the future big goods, the sample making fee will not be refunded.
I would like to ask your factory to make sweater samples for me, what is the process?
First, provide your requirements, including design, quantity, specification, yarn, size, etc. If there is a reference sample garment, it can also be delivered to our factory by express. Then we will provide you with a quotation. After the quotation is approved, you pay the sample fee. We start making a small sample. After the small sample is confirmed, we will start making the sample.
What kind of courier will be used to send the samples? Who pays the courier fee?
At present, our foreign customers generally use DHL and pay the express delivery fee on delivery. If you don’t have a DHL account, you can pay the express delivery fee to us and we will pay it on your behalf.
What trade methods are supported?
At present, our factory supports EXW and FOB.
What is your way of receiving orders?
The main way for our factory to receive international orders is by email.
How soon will you reply to an order?
Under normal circumstances, we will reply to orders within 24 hours. There may be some delay during holidays. If you don’t receive a reply, please check whether your sending was successful.
Can you deliver the goods strictly in accordance with the delivery date of the order?
After our factory receives the order, if there is a problem with the agreed delivery time, we will bring it up and negotiate a new delivery time amicably.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement for orders?
Under normal circumstances, different sweater styles have different minimum order quantity requirements. Ordering below the minimum order quantity will bring many problems. For example, main raw materials and related auxiliary materials cannot be purchased normally. Forced production will lead to an increase in various costs. However, as long as the customer can accept the unit price, our factory will try our best to cooperate with the customer to produce related products.
Is a deposit required for an order? What is the proportion?
Our factory is just a sweater OEM factory. It has only a meager processing cost and no profit. It can’t help customers bear the corresponding risks. Therefore, we need to ask for a deposit. The proportion of the deposit varies according to the style of the sweater. In short, the amount of the deposit required should be able to cover the cost of all the raw materials. We will state the proportion of the deposit in the price quotation.
Can you deliver the goods strictly in accordance with the order quantity?
In the sweater industry, the main raw material supplier will have a quantity tolerance of about 10%, which leads to the sweater processing factory will have a quantity tolerance of about 15%. If the customer requires to deliver the goods according to the order quantity, then the processing factory will have tail inventory, and the money of this inventory will be calculated to the customer, resulting in the increase of unit price, which is actually unfavorable to the customer. Our factory’s actual shipment quantity tolerance range is about 10%, maximum 15%.
How is the total amount of an order calculated?
We calculate the total amount according to the actual delivered quantity of the order. The total amount minus the paid deposit is equal to the balance. The balance needs to be paid before shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept T/T payment method.
Does the factory have BSCI certification?
Yes, our factory has passed the amfori BSCI certification.
What is the production process for mass production orders?
Under normal circumstances, customers should make samples in all colors and sizes. We will carry out mass production according to the approved samples. If there are no samples in all colors and sizes, after receiving the deposit for the order, we will produce mass production samples in all colors and sizes for customer approval. Mass production will only start after customer approval. This way, both parties can feel at ease. However, there must be sufficient delivery time.
Will there be color difference in mass production?
Raw materials of different batches have color differences. Raw materials of the same batch but dyed in different vats also have color differences. So, color differences cannot be avoided in principle. When producing large quantities of goods, our factory will try to reduce color differences and exceed industry standards.
When is the best time to inspect the goods at the factory?
Inspecting the goods before shipment is the best. You can come to inspect the goods by yourself or entrust a third party. In recent years, many of our customers basically no longer come to inspect the goods and ship them directly because our quality control makes them feel at ease.
What shipping methods do international customers use to ship?
Generally speaking, samples are shipped by express services such as DHL, Federal, and UPS. For large shipments, sea freight is generally used. The specific transportation method needs to be determined by the customer because freight is also a cost and is ultimately paid by the customer.
